Set up your blog. Never done this before? Heres some tips.

Heres what you need to do this week.

How to do well in this course:

• Get started early by going through the readings,  setting up your blog and writing in it.
• Attend all of the lectures and tutes. Lots of the assessable work takes place in tutes and can be completed while you are there.
• Write in your blog often. It doesn’t have to be lots, just to show that you are engaged with the course activities as well as reflecting on the possibilities and implications.
• If you miss a lecture or tute – catch up by looking at this blog, and by talking with other students.
• Make stuff. – Be playful with the media and the tools.
• Look at how other people have used the same tools and media – to what effect and with what success.
• Care about what you make.
